I think one day kids will learn about memes in history class the same way we did political cartoons to understand what different people thought about things and why things happened.

Most people find what they are looking for on the internet most people don't know or care how to use critical thinking skills.

The internet isn't the problem it's just the way people are. Before the internet we had all the same crazy people and terrible things happening we can just see it better now. Learning from and socializing with people that are agree with you or feel the same way you do is a empowering thing.

It helps LGBTQ kids not kill themselves

but it also helps white supremacist Nazis organize better and from larger groups

It was all here before the internet if you can find at old newspapers before TV you'll see a lot the same things in them that are on line now.
