Stay hydrated

I have been seeing a lot of these stay hydrated things but there are some things most people don't seem to know about it. It's not just about drinking water.

You can drink to much water you need some salt to digest water. Without salt you can die from to much water.

That's why a lot of athletes drink things like Gatorade it has electrolytes (salt) and carbohydrates (sugar) it "help athletes refuel and rehydrate".

Most people don't need more sugar but when it's hot you sweat more and could need more salt at times.

Most people do eat a lot of salty foods cause they put a lot of it in processed foods because it brings out flavor and lengthen shelf life of foods but they also put a lot of sugar in them.

You do need some fats and sugars aka carbs or carbohydrates but not as much as are in most processed foods but most are also low in nutrients.
