a big differences between spoken and written words

To me there is a big differences between spoken and written words. I think partly in spoken words but not in written words. I also think in sounds, feelings, colors, pictures, and textures it can be on it own or all apart of the same thought. I have dyslexia so that could be why I don't think in written words it's hard for me to even picture words or numbers in my head.
