I feel like a lot of people get self care all wrong
I feel like a lot of people get self care all wrong.
It doesn't have to be an activity like meditation or taking a silent retreat
most of the time it's letting your self have time to do the things that make you feel like being alive that might be spending time with your kids or playing games ect.
but doing nothing is often what it takes to start feel better and to truly recover
Just keeping yourself alive and doing as little as you can for a time.
It's not lazy it's recovery.
