Love just doesn't last as long these days

way I see it

People can grow together or they can grow apart

Growth and change is inevitable

But we also have a core self often our values are less likely to change even if particular situations and issues can be thought about differently

Some things Define who we are in our minds

Well others are just passing fancies

How Deeply does the person know you love you or wish to understand you

Shallow relationships are easier

It's hard to live and love with someone that you truly care deeply about

Everything seems to matter more and you can be hurt more

Shallow relationships can be seen as fun and less hard work or compromise necessary for them

So they can often be romanticized

Long lasting relationships and love can be painful and hard work

Even if you're not fighting having to watch someone that you care for suffer through no fault of your own can be difficult especially when you are unable to provide any true Comfort or Solutions

I think to have long-lasting love you have to see that the person is imperfect and love them anyway

When you deny their imperfections you're denying a part of them

Sorry I'm in no way an expert on any of this I just felt like I had something to say about it
