There was a little gnome that had a little home

There was little a little gnome that had a little home

They said hello to the Sun and good night to the Moon

But their magic comes from the Earth that they tend and live in

They made their home in an old abandoned rabbit hole

that was made in ancient Mound sacred to the ancestors that no one had found

And there they did tend their Garden

They had all manner of Wild edible plants

The only sign they were there was that their patch of garden grew so Lush and well the Earth was kind to the gnome and where they kept there home veiled in secrecy

And all the wild beasts did befriend The Gnome

But when the cats were let outside to play the Little Gnome had to run and hide
